Adding Users
This guide provides detailed instructions on how to add and manage users on Futuric Block, including assigning roles and setting permissions.
The steps outlined here are based on the current version of the platform and will be updated as new features or upgrades are introduced. Be sure to check this page regularly for the latest updates.
Step 1 - Login as Admin

Use the Admin account to log in.
Navigate to the Administration section and select Users.
Step 2 - Add New User

Click on Add New User.
Step 3 - Fill in User Information and Role

Enter the required user information (name, email, etc.).
Select the user role based on their responsibilities:
Admin: Full access to all features.
Approver: Limited to approving settlement transactions.
Operator: Can export transaction data and view transaction checks.
Viewer: Can only view but cannot perform any actions on the tenant account.
After filling in the user information and selecting the role, click Save to create the user.
Step 4 - User Login and Password Change
Provide the newly created user with the temporary password you assigned.
The user can use this password to log in and will have the option to change it upon first login.
