Adding Supported Chain

This guide outlines the process for adding supported chains to your Futuric Block account.

It includes selecting from available options and managing the settings for each chain. This content is based on the current platform version and will be updated as new features or upgrades are released. Be sure to refer back to this page for the latest information.

Step 1 - Navigate to Coin Service - Chain Supports

Go to Coin Service - Chain Supports
  • Navigate to the Coin Service section and select Chain Supports.

Step 2 - Click on 'New Chain Support'

Click on New Chain Support
  • On the top right corner of the page, click New Chain Support.

Step 3 - Select the Chain Name

Choose the Chain Name, like BSC, TRX, ETH etc.
  • Select the chain name that is supported by Futuric Block from the available options.

Step 4 - Request to Add Unsupported Chains

  • If the chain you want to add is not listed, you can contact us by sending a request to support@futuricblock.com.

    • In your email, include the following details:

      • Title: New Chain Added

      • Tenant ID

      • Chain Name

      • Chain Type: (e.g., Public/Private)

      • Supported Token Types: (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.)

      • API Access Information: (if available, include any specific API or RPC details)

      • Documentation or Whitepaper: (if available, please provide)

      • Integration Requirements: (any technical requirements or dependencies)

    • Our Listing Team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist with your request.
