Adding Supported Coin

This guide provides the steps for adding supported coins to your Futuric Block account, including selecting available coins and configuring necessary settings.

The instructions are based on the current platform version and will be updated as new features or upgrades are released. Please check this page regularly for the most up-to-date information.

Step 1 - Navigate to Coin Service - Coin Supports

Go to Coin Service - Coin Supports
  • Navigate to the Coin Service section and select Coin Supports.

Step 2 - Click on 'New Coin Support'

Click on [New Coin Support] on the top right corner of the page
  • On the top right corner of the page, click New Coin Support.

Step 3 - Select the Coin Name

Select the coin name from the dropdown list
  • Select the coin name that is supported by Futuric Block from the available options.

Step 4 - Fill in the Coin Information

Fill in the information such as the minimum and maximum details.

Enter the necessary details, including:

  • Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal: Set these values based on your platform requirements.

  • Maximum Withdrawal: Specify the maximum amount allowed for withdrawal.

  • These settings are typically used as a secondary security measure if the client’s platform doesn't have these settings in place. If the platform does, the default value can usually be set to 1.

  • These permissions control the ability for the receiver wallet to receive and the sender wallet to withdraw.

Step 5 - Request to Add Unsupported Coins

  • If the coin you want to add is not listed, you can contact us by sending your request to support@futuricblock.com.

    • In your email, please include:

      • Title: New Coin Added

      • Tenant ID

      • Coin Name

      • Coin Symbol (The ticker symbol for the coin (e.g., BTC for Bitcoin, ETH for Ethereum)).

      • Chain Type (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.).

      • Whitepaper

      • Website

      • Smart Contract Address: If applicable, the address for the coin’s smart contract.

  • Our Listing Team will contact you as soon as possible to assist with your request.
